To preserve the quality and care given to each chocolate, our products are shipped next day.

We ship our chocolates in custom made insulated envelopes with frozen ice packs.
We also pack the box with bubble wrap to avoid any breakage.

Since we sell food items, we don't accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right for you.

How quickly should they be consumed upon receiving?
We recommend enjoying our bonbons within 2 weeks upon receiving them since our assortment contains fresh ganache with no preservatives.

What Allergens are contained in your products?

We cannot guarantee our product from certain allergens.  Our chocolates are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, soy and tree nuts.

How do I store your chocolate?

Generally, for all our products, refrigeration is not necessary.  Store your chocolates around 70 degrees away from direct heat and sunlight.
